Stay texts from Joe Moser's Futura Yacht Club Rentals
How guests sign up for texts from (312) 847-5090, and exactly what they see. Effective October 22, 2026.
Joe Moser rents two vacation homes at Futura Yacht Club in Islamorada, Florida. He texts his own guests about their stay: booking confirmations, arrival and door-access instructions, paperwork reminders, answers to their questions, and checkout reminders. Never marketing. Texts are optional and never a condition of booking.
Way 1: text START
Any guest can sign up by texting START to (312) 847-5090.
The guest texts: START
The reply they get: "Joe Moser's Futura Yacht Club Rentals: you're subscribed to stay updates by text. Msg frequency varies (a few texts per stay). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Way 2: the invitation in the booking emails
Guests who book directly with Joe get this invitation in their welcome email and their invoice. They opt in by texting START (Way 1); we never text a guest who hasn't. From the booking emails, under the heading "Texts about your stay":
"Want text updates about your stay (arrival details, reminders and answers to your questions)? Text START to our property line, (312) 847-5090. Message frequency varies (usually a few texts per stay), and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Texts are optional and not a condition of your booking." Way 3: the guest texts us first
A guest who texts (312) 847-5090 with a question gets the answer by text. The first text we send any number ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." We never text a number that has not texted us, and never one that replied STOP.
Every text program detail
Message frequency varies with the booking, usually a few texts per stay. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out (reply: "Joe Moser's Futura Yacht Club Rentals: you're unsubscribed and won't get more texts. Reply START to resubscribe."), START to opt back in, HELP for help (reply: "Joe Moser's Futura Yacht Club Rentals: stay updates for our guests. Call or text (312) 847-5090 or email moserj@gmail.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.").
